2019 Oklahoma State Fair tickets go on sale Saturday

Tickets for the 2019 Oklahoma State Fair and some of its most anticipated attractions go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday. The 2019 Oklahoma  State Fair is set for Sept. 12-22 at State Fair Park.

Perennial favorite "Disney On Ice" returns with "Mickey's Search Party," with nine  performances between Sept. 12-16 at Jim Norick State Fair Arena. "Mickey's Search Party" will feature the "Disney on Ice" debut of the popular aspiring mariachi musician Miguel and his fellow characters from Disney/Pixar's Oscar-winning animated film "Coco."

In addition, the show will showcase favorite Mouse House characters from "Moana," "Frozen," "Beauty and the Beast," "Aladdin," "Toy Story" and "The Little Mermaid," in what is billed as the most interactive and acrobatic "Disney On Ice" show yet.

Tickets for "Disney On Ice presents Mickey's Search Party" start at $15 and include an outside gate admission to the Oklahoma State Fair when purchased by Sept. 11. All seats are reserved. All children 2 years old and older will need a ticket for their own seat. Children younger than 2 are admitted free, but must sit in the lap of a paying customer.

An additional outside gate admission ticket is required if "Disney on Ice" tickets are purchased after Sept. 11.

The state fair will boast twice the bucking brawn this year with its popular rodeo/concerts combo, with the addition of bronc riding to the bull riding action. The Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association will bring its Xtreme Bulls & Broncs "Double Trouble" Tour to Jim Norick Arena for the second weekend of the fair, and a pair of top country music acts will follow the courageous cowboys.

Grammy-nominated band Midland will take to the stage after the bulls and broncs have stopped bucking Sept. 20, with tickets ranging from $28 to $48. Hitmaking 2011 "American Idol" winner Scotty McCreery will wrap up the PRCA Xtreme Bulls & Broncs event Sept. 21, with tickets running from $26 to $40.

The bull-riding action  begins each night at 7:30 p.m. with the concert following immediately.  Tickets for the PRCA Xtreme Bulls & Broncs "Double Trouble" Tour and Concerts also include outside gate admission to the Oklahoma State Fair when purchased by  Sept. 11.

Outside gate admission tickets and advanced unlimited carnival armbands also go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday.

When purchased in advance, outside gate admission is $8 for adults and children 12 and older; $4 for children ages 6 to 11; and admission is free for children 5 and younger. Advanced state fair season passes are $25.

During the fair, outside gate admission tickets are priced at $12 for adults and children 12 and older and $6 for children ages 6 to 11; admission is free for children 5 and younger. Season passes are $30.

From Saturday through Sept. 11, fair fans can save $15 when they purchase an advanced unlimited carnival ride armband. Armbands for rides during Monday through Thursday of the fair will be available for $20 (compared to the  regular price of $35), and armbands for Friday through Sunday fair dates will be on sale for $30 (regular $45).
